Your Job: Own Building your Loan Product Knowledge. You will receive one-on-one training and be part of our distinguished team by learning about new products and regulations quickly. We have proprietary, cutting-edge lending investment technology to increase sales.
Produce your Own Business. You are self-driven and proactive with the ability to help clients through the financial process of buying a new property. You will call warm leads provided to you through our in-house marketing team to generate sales. Provide customer assistance in the selection of loan programs that best fit their needs, disclose loan terms and lock in loan interest rates. Time is structured to work around peak calling hours; therefore, flexible hours. During your Loan Officer training, pay is earned weekly. Enjoy Monthly/Quarterly & Annually performance incentives in our work-hard-play-hard environment.
Team Player in an Agile Environment. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, innovative, collaborative. You are excellent at communicating clearly with clients and management.
