The Opportunity

Part-Time Seasonal Positions are available in Concessions and In-Seat. Applicants must be 16 years or older to apply.

Stand Attendant - Essential Functions:

  • Maintains high standards of friendly customer service by greeting all guests and being genuinely interested in their needs.
  • Serves food and beverage items in correct proportions and while following proper sanitation guidelines.
  • Participates in set up of the stand, arranges inventory and notifies Stand Manager of any inventory deficiency.
  • Performs clean up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment.
  • Records all waste.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Cashier - Essential Functions:

  • Properly records all transactions via the point of sale system and informs guests of amount owed.
  • Collects the proper amount of money for food and beverage items; processes credit card or determines correct change for guests.
  • Requests identification from guests who appear to be under 40 years of age.
  • Accounts for all transactions; maintains accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift.
  • Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
  • Serves food and beverage items in correct proportions and while following proper sanitation guidelines.
  • Acquaints guests with items for sale and uses suggestive selling techniques.

In-Seat Pantry Worker- Essential Functions:

  • Measures food product and assembles on sandwiches and platters and in salads and other containers. Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures.
  • Identifies and selects fruits, vegetables, cheese, pre-cooked meat, etc. used in cold food production.
  • Individually wraps/seals food in serving size containers and labels containers appropriately.
  • Responsible for seeing proper food temperatures are maintained and ensures the proper storing of food.
  • Maintains a sanitary work station environment.
  • May prepare beer and non-alcoholic drinks.
Qualifications

Stand Attendant - Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to GuestPath's Universal Service Standards.
  • Effective communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and receive orders.
  • Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for inventory.
  • Shows flexibility by rotating to other stands when necessary.

Education & Experience:

  • No previous experience required. Orientation and on-the-job training provided.
  • Must obtain Food Handling certification every two (2) years.
  • Must be TABC certified every two (2) years.
  • Must attend the Delaware North Alcohol Refresher Course.

  • Previous cash handling experience preferred for cashiers but not required. Orientation and on-the-job-training provided.
  • Must be TABC certified every two (2) years.

Pantry Worker - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations.
  • Capable of following procedures and taking directions.
  • Ability to communicate with others.
  • Basic math skills; ability to understand, calculate and follow recipe measurements and proportions.

Education & Experience:

  • Prior experience in the food service industry helpful but not necessary. On-the-job training is provided.
  • Must be TABC certified every two (2) years.
  • Must attend the DNC Alcohol Refresher Course.
  • Must obtain Food Handling certification every two (2) years.
  • Must attend the Delaware North Alcohol Refresher Course.
  • Must obtain Food Handling certification every two (2) years.
Physical Requirements

Stand Attendant & Cashier - Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and remain stationary for entire length of shift.
  • Constant walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.
  • Ability to perform normal lifting of stock, up to 50 pounds.

Environmental Working Conditions:

  • May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on season.
  • May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces.

Pantry Workers - Physical Requirements:

  • Manual dexterity sufficient to chop mix, blend, whip etc. a variety of foods and liquids.
  • Ability to lift and carry large pans from ovens or freezers, weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to handle or operate dangerous kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to move rapidly and coordinate multiple orders.
  • Standing and walking for entire length of shift.
  • Frequent reaching, twisting at waist, bending, and squatting.
  • Pushing and pulling occasionally , to move equipment, mops, and brooms.

Environmental Working Conditions:

  • Kitchen Environment - noise levels may be moderate to high.
  • Works frequently in a hot and damp environment.
  • In contact with sharp knives, slicers, boiling liquids, hot pans, etc.
  • Hazards include, but are not limited to, cuts from broken glass, metal cans, scalds and burns, slipping and tripping.
  • Frequently immerses hands in water.
